US SHIPPING

Items ordered from back to bascis and paid for will ship after 3–5 business days, unless other wise noted in description of product. After leaving our facility, the carrier typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

back to basics skincare does not ship international.

SHIPPING RATES
Back to basics offers Shipping is a flat rate of $6.50. Shipping is free with every $96 purchase.

TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us (back to basics) with your tracking details.

Order Issues

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc. ) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and all natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example).

Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at inquiries@backtobasicscskincom. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. please email a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of receipt.

RETURNS
We understand that skin can be temperamental, however as our products are used in personal care, we cannot accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your request for an exchange, store credit, or a refund with 30 days of the purchase date.

If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
